Often a year in the planning, the 27 metre long design
is finally
mapped out on the square hours before the florists
set to work. Over 100 gardeners lay out 800,000 begonias,
leaving
no cobble exposed, transforming the square into a stunning floral fresco.
The vibrant colours in the ancient surroundings of the Grand Place make a
striking
display, which really must be seen to be believed. Opened from 13th - 15th August 2010
