Having undergone extensive refurbishment in 2004, the modern Lille Europe is part of the large Euralille shopping complex, only a stone's throw from the Eurostar terminal. A 10 minute walk will bring you into the historic heart of the city and the picturesque Place de Gaulle with its Opera House, old Bourse and colourful street cafés. Old Lille with its antique shops and wide range of bars and restaurants is also within easy reach.
A small ground floor reception leads up to a comfortable seating area and a panoramic breakfast room on the first floor, overlooking the busy street scene below. The 97 comfortable bedrooms are in a simple, contemporary style and are located on 7 floors.
Under conscientious management, the Lille Europe provides value-for-money, friendly service and a very reasonable standard of accommodation for a 2 star hotel. |

Modern, good value in Old Lille
The Hotel des Tours offers good value, modern accommodation only about 10-15 minutes from the Eurostar Terminal and the large shopping precinct of Euralille. Situated in a quiet location in a residential part of historic 'Old Lille' and just a short walk to Place de Gaulle (the picturesque main square) the hotel is an ideal base for exploring the city. You will also certainly be spoilt for choice of local restaurants and bistros in the area.
The 64 contemporary-style bedrooms are comfortable and many sleep up to 3 or 4 people making them a good choice for families. There is a friendly bar and a bright breakfast room, where a buffet-breakfast is served. This leads out to an inner courtyard terrace, which with its tables and colourful umbrellas is a very pleasant place to sit and relax in the summer months.

The place to stay in Lille
Situated in the very centre of Lille, overlooking the main square - the Carlton is the place to stay. An elegant entrance leads to a comfortable lobby and the intimate English-styled Saint James bar.
