Lovely glass roof restaurant whcih offers delicious French cuisines. The menu changes depending on the seasons. During the Summer season why not have brunch on the terrace with dishes served up by Chef Emmanuel Valée. The hotel garden also features a « Moët Ice Imperial » champagne bar by Moët & Chandon, the only champagne specially created to be savoured ice cold.
